USOCIAL by SigNature Communities will be a new collection of Town Homes in Richmond Hill. The proposed community will have approximately 103 units consisting of 3 story town homes as well as stacked towns. 7 different models have been proposed by the developer.

A New Development Proposed at Yonge and 16th Avenue, Richmond Hill

The townhomes will be approximately 500 to 1,700 square feet with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom layout options. Each town is proposed to feature 9-foot ceilings. Also the towns will feature rooftop terraces.

Parking Spaces

Parking for the town homes is proposed at grade level as well as an underground portion providing a total of 170 parking spaces. 1 parking space is included with the option to purchase a second parking space.

Units will be approximately 500 to 1,700 sq.ft. in size.

Tentative occupancy is scheduled for the end of 2018.
